The third season of Hitori No Shita is set to premiere on July, 9th. It will feature a new female lead, a mysterious girl named Aoi, and the new episodes will also feature a few familiar faces from the first two seasons. The story will also continue to unfold in the same manner as before, and the animation quality is expected to be tops once again.

Hitori No Shita is a Japanese anime adaptation of the manga series by the same name. Whilst the story is essentially the same, there are some key differences between the anime and the manga, which can be attributed to the different mediums. Hitori, as we all know, tells the tale of Chou Soran, an academic student who gets engaged in a horrific incident in a small village while visiting his grandfather’s grave.

Soran is assaulted by zombies while walking through the memorial park to pay a visit to his deceased grandfather until a mysterious young woman with a blade appears and leads him to a confrontation with the undead.

Soran’s life begins to change after successfully fighting off the zombies and further experiences with the blade with a young lady known as Fu Hh. He discovers that the hand-to-hand fighting method taught to him by his grandfather, Kitaigen, is a procedure pursued by numerous combative techniques groups with ulterior thought processes.

The plot follows Soran’s quest to learn more about his grandfather’s true past and his supposed ties to Fu Hh. The anime picks up where the previous season left off in the third episode.

We watched Soran go to great lengths to keep his grandfather’s name and skill alive…

We may expect for something amazing in the fourth installment; but, what if we know that we will see more zombies, or that the main characters Soran and Fu will begin their future lives? What are your thoughts on this? Let us know!
