In the all-too-familiar stories of evil evildoers, we have a new bad guy. As in the old bad guys, the new bad guy has an evil plan: he will steal the life of a teenager while they sleep, and use their life force to become stronger and more powerful.

Abi Franklin (Mia Wasikowska) and her best friend Corey Brent (Alex Pettyfer) leave Los Angeles for a vacation in Morocco. While in the country, Abi notices a stunningly attractive man in a cafe, but declines his offer of a date. The next day, when Abi agrees to meet the man, she is shocked to find out he is an undercover detective who is trying to catch a killer.

Spoilers and updatesCoronation Street shows grieving mother Abi Franklin preparing for the funeral of her son Seb Franklin. But Abi is tormented even more on her most emotional day on Coronation Street, when heartless killer Cory Brent appears at the funeral.

Next Monday, the 31st. May, Abi (Sally Carman) is seen sobbing by Seb’s coffin as she waits for the hearse. As she waits, she wallows in the regret that she would have been a better mother.

But the teenage killer who managed to exonerate himself still has the nerve to appear on screen. Cory (Maximus Evans) announces that he only wants to pay his respects to Seb. But Abi and Nina Lucas (Molly Gallagher), though heartbroken, are not convinced by his argument; moreover, they are angry that they chased him away.

Things come to a head when Abi overhears Cory talking to someone on the phone later at the Rovers. Little does Cory know that while he’s laughing at Seb’s death, Abi plans to take matters into his own hands. Nearby, Abi sees a broken bottle and grabs it to blatantly attack the teen. Luckily for Corey, his girlfriend Asha Alahan (Tanisha Ghori) saw Abi and managed to calm down the angry mother.

Asha and Abi had a heart-to-heart. She exposes her wisdom to Abi, saying that Seb doesn’t want his mother to go back to prison. Asha assures her mother that she planned to get her ex-boyfriend involved, and that Abi’s plan to hurt Corey will thwart her secret plan. While Asha is out with Cory, Abi is on a drug run.

What do you think Abi will do with the drugs?

SpoilerCoronation Street – Revenge is on the way

Asha and Abi work together to carry out Asha’s plan to get definitive proof of Corey’s involvement in the attack. Asha convinces Cory to spend the night together in the apartment. Then she pours the drug into Cory’s drink. As the drugs work Corey, Asha searches his phone for clues, but their plans begin to change when a worried Nina calls Asha, waking Corey up.

Abi and Nina rush into the apartment to check out the situation, but a panting Corey moves through the apartment, unaware of what’s going on. He tries to squeeze in between them, but loses his balance on the way down.

In the Coronation Street series, the first images appeared of Cory lying unconscious at the bottom of the stairs, as well as Asha’s shocked face when she sees that Cory looks lifeless.

Will the trio leave Corey for dead to make up for what they did to Seb? Or will his girlfriend Asha, who is only 16, want to save him?

Speaking to Inside Soap, Tanisha Ghori revealed that her heroine Asha is currently plagued by hate. But at the same time, she’s only 16 and there’s an unconscious man in front of her – and she doesn’t know what to do!

Asha knows there’s nothing she can do because the situation is already nasty enough. She’s a smart girl and she knows what to do – she needs the right information to get Corey arrested, she explained.
